Nora Othman, is one of the Founding Partners of Terunggul PLT. She is also the owner of Chengal Resources Sdn Bhd that provides outsourced business solutions for SMEs and Business Owners.
She started her own in 2011. Prior to that she was in the investment banking industry where she was involved in a number of capital markets transactions, mostly Islamic debt capital markets, for local corporates, GLCs, MNCs and governments.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Finance from Widener University, USA and an MBA (Islamic Finance) from International Islamic University Malaysia.
A seasoned banker with more than 30 years progressive experience in Human Resource with reputable organisations in industries such as Financial Services both Commercial and Investment Banking, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Agriculture, shared services and hospitality.
Started his career with Maybank, over the years Zul Shah has cultivated his fortes in Industrial Relations with successful representation, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Performance Management System, Learning and Development and Coaching Employees.
Zul Shah holds a Diploma in Banking (UiTM), a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) from UiTM and a Masters in Applied Psychology (Coaching) from HELP University. He is a Certified Professional Coach under the International Coaching Federation and is also a certified HRDF trainer.
